With nearly 25,000 members, the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an International Association of Gastronomy now established in over 80 countries bringing together enthusiasts who share the same values of quality, fine dining, the encouragement of the culinary arts and the pleasures of the table. The distinctive character of our association is to bring together amateurs and professionals, from all over the world, whether they are hoteliers, restaurateurs, executive chefs or sommeliers, in the appreciation of fine cuisine.

EVETT is a Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant in Seoul, founded by Australian chef Joseph Lidgerwood. With global experience in renowned kitchens such as The French Laundry, The Ledbury, and Tom Aikens, Joseph brings an international perspective to Korean ingredients and traditions. Since 2019, EVETT has offered a tasting menu rooted in Korean cuisine, paired with local alcohol and a curated wine list. The restaurant earned its first Michelin star in 2020, and Joseph was awarded the Michelin Young Chef Prize in 2021. In 2023, EVETT relocated to Apgujeong near Dosan Park, where it continues to innovate and was awarded two Michelin stars in the 2025 Guide.
